With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Christy Barrett brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Her passion lies in optimizing healthcare practices, ensuring compliance, and driving revenue growth. Christy has dedicated her career to maximizing financial efficiency, managing all aspects of the revenue cycle from the front office to denials and appeals. She has worked in various specialties and her diverse experience allows her to understand the holistic impact of decisions within a practice. She believes that positive patient experiences and excellent clinical outcomes are what drive a successful bottom line.
Christy is not just a manager; she is a catalyst for positive change. Her dedication to healthcare excellence shines through every decision she makes. Christy was born and raised in the Dallas, Texas area and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and (most of all) dogs.
Chief Financial Officer
Emily Herlihy is a seasoned healthcare management professional who thrives at the intersection of finance, human resources, and compassionate care. Her career in healthcare has been diverse, and her commitment to excellence unwavering. Over the past 15 years, she has honed her skills in financial management; balancing budgets, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring fiscal health are her forte. She also believes in people-centric leadership; people are important and thrive when their growth and well-being are championed.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University. She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University. She is active in several professional healthcare societies and is committed to staying abreast of industry trends. Emily is based in Dallas, Texas and enjoys spending time with her two sons, family, friends, and also dogs.
